1. Scope and provider
These terms apply to iOffice and its support website. The provider is the developer identified on the app’s store product page. Contact: js.appssup2026@outlook.com. Read these terms and the Privacy Policy before use. If you disagree with the applicable terms, stop using the relevant service.
For an app obtained through the Mac App Store, the license shown in the store and Apple’s applicable usage rules apply. Unless a custom end-user license is specified there, the Apple Standard EULA applies. These terms supplement service use and support, and do not reduce rights granted by applicable law or open-source licenses.
2. Features and file safety
iOffice provides supported document, spreadsheet, presentation, PDF, Markdown and HTML tools, with optional third-party AI configuration. Features depend on the installed version and store description. We do not promise complete compatibility with every format, macro, font, layout, signature or extension in other office products.
Keep independent backups of important files and check results after saving, conversion, OCR or export. A visual signature image is not the same as a compliant certificate-based digital signature.
3. Accounts, keys and external services
This version requires no iOffice account. External AI, search, image or media services may require their own accounts, keys, quota and regional eligibility. You are responsible for valid, authorized configuration and protecting credentials.
API charges, model availability, limits, service regions, retention and output rules are set by the external provider. Unless explicitly stated, obtaining iOffice includes no third-party API credits and implies no endorsement by those providers. We cannot promise availability or privacy conditions beyond what they offer.
4. Your content and AI output
Your original documents and submitted content remain yours or their lawful owners’; using the app does not transfer ownership to us. Ensure that you have permission to process, edit and send content, including another person’s personal information, to the selected service.
AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, biased or similar to other output. Rights and restrictions also depend on the model provider’s terms and applicable law. Verify facts, rights and suitability before publishing or acting on output; do not rely solely on it for important decisions.
5. Acceptable use
- Follow applicable law and respect privacy and intellectual property. Do not use the service to create or distribute unlawful, fraudulent, infringing or harmful content.
- Do not harass, attack systems, steal credentials, obtain data without authorization or bypass service access restrictions.
- Do not send unauthorized confidential documents or sensitive personal information to external recipients.
- Do not interfere with the security or normal operation of the app, website or external services.
This section does not restrict use, modification, research or redistribution permitted by an applicable open-source license.
6. Purchases, charges and refunds
If a version, feature or subscription has a charge, the price and conditions clearly shown at purchase apply. This website does not receive payment information or process store transactions. Store purchases and refunds follow the platform’s rules and applicable consumer law. External API charges are between you and that provider; contact it about those bills and refunds.
7. Open-source software and brands
iOffice includes open-source and third-party components. Their notices, licenses and required source files are supplied with the app in its third-party resources. Each component is governed by its own license, which controls for that component if these terms conflict.
Third-party names used to identify compatibility or configuration belong to their owners. Open-source licenses do not automatically grant trademark rights, and no unapproved partnership or endorsement should be implied.
8. Support, changes and stopping use
Email js.appssup2026@outlook.com for help, bug reports or privacy requests. Do not send real credentials or unnecessary sensitive files. Response and repair times depend on the issue and available information; absent an express written commitment, we do not promise round-the-clock support or a fixed resolution time.
Features may change with releases or external services. Material changes will be explained appropriately. You may stop using or uninstall the app; doing so does not automatically erase saved documents or data already received by others. Export and back up what you need before leaving.
9. Warranties, liability and statutory rights
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the app and website are provided as available. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation or suitability for every particular purpose. Review conversion results, AI output and external-service results before relying on them.
Any exclusion or limitation applies only to the extent allowed by applicable law. Nothing here excludes non-excludable liability or reduces mandatory consumer guarantees, refunds, compensation or other statutory rights. Applicable liability provisions in the store license are governed by that agreement.
10. Disputes, updates and contact
If a dispute arises, first contact js.appssup2026@outlook.com with details so we can try to resolve it. Governing law and competent dispute-resolution bodies follow mandatory law and valid applicable purchase or license terms. This page does not require you to waive non-waivable protection under the law of your residence.
Updates will show their effective date. Where material changes need additional agreement, it will be sought appropriately. If a provision is invalid, the remaining enforceable terms continue to the extent permitted by law.
